| Nursery School Program Overview |
Pre-Kindergarten
The Pre-K program is designed for children who will be 4 years of age by
October 1. Creative learning centers and individualized learning plans are
developed to meet the various learning styles of each child. Age appropriate
enrichment programs are also provided. Outdoor play, whole group activities such
as cooking and story time foster creative and socialization skills. Children bring a
Kosher Dairy Lunch.
This program meets on:
Nursery School
The program is designed for children who will be 3 years old by October 1. The
multi-sensory, integrated curriculum incorporates reading and math readiness,
writing and creative thinking skills. Enhancing the 3 year old program are age
appropriate enrichment activities, Outdoor play, along with singing and crafts,
round out our Nursery School Program. Children bring a kosher dairy lunch. Your
child must be potty trained to attend this class.

With an option for an additional day on Friday from 9:00AM - 1:30PM.
1:30 PM. This program offers more detailed arts & crafts projects and a variety of
age appropriate activities. Space is limited. Children bring a Kosher Dairy Lunch.
from 9:00 to 11:30. There is an optional lunch bunch program that begins in
October and will be offered until 12:30PM. The program is designed for 2 to 3 year
olds. The class focuses on the growing toddlers needs. The Toddler Program
emphasizes parent/child separation and introduces many of the socialization
components of a nursery school. The low student-teacher ratio allows for maximum
hands-on activities. Story time, outdoor play, crafts, sing-a-longs and snack
are shared in a warm friendly introduction to preschool learning.
A Tuesday and Thursday Afternoon Program from 12:35PM - 2:30PM is now being
offered. You may attend our Lunch Bunch Program, beginning at 11:30AM for an
additional fee.
Toddler Fridays
We offer a special Toddler class on Fridays. Art Fridays will run from
9:00AM -1:00 PM and is theme-based. The class will include singing, crafts
and lots of hands on fun. It will include a time for lunch. Students must be
registered for our Toddler Program in order to be eligible to attend.
Enrollment is limited.
Summer Program
The FJCCC Nursery School offers a Summer Bunch Program. This theme based
program offers a variety of options for summer fun. Arts & crafts, story time, sing
alongs and playground time are part of each day. The program is created for
children ages 2-5 years old. Summer Bunch is a wonderful introduction to
preschool.
