Chair Yoga on Vacation

The FJCC hosts a weekly Chair Yoga session every Tuesday at 11:15 am — registration is required! Please contact the office if you would like to attend.

NOTE: Chair Yoga is on vacation for November 3 – November 14. The sessions will return after this short break!
